Carrie Parker is President of Strategic Consulting and Head of Product at Kantar Futures, an award-winning, global strategic insight and innovation consultancy. Carrie brings to Kantar Futures more than decade of marketing experience with deep expertise in digital marketing and product development.
Carrie recently joined Kantar Futures after spending seven years at American Express. Most recently, Carrie served as Vice President of Digital Experiences with American Express OPEN, where she led the strategy and execution of digital marketing and brand experiences including OPENForum.com, ShopSmall.com, and all American Express OPEN Social media properties. Carrie is a recognized content-marketing expert and was named one of the “Top 10 Brand Editors of 2014.” During her time at American Express, Carrie also led Digital Strategy and New Product Development teams and is an expert on leveraging user insights to craft best-in-class customer experiences.
Previously with Kantar Futures (then Yankelovich) from 2000-2006, Carrie also has extensive experience advising clients on consumer trends and insights. In her previous tenure with the company, she played a pivotal role consulting with clients in industries ranging from retail to CPG to financial services.
Carrie received her M.B.A. from Columbia University and also holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. Carrie just relocated to Chapel Hill, NC from Brooklyn, NY where she now resides with her husband and two young daughters.
