Christine has contributed to marketing research for more than two decades, holding senior positions at Merkle, BioVid, TNS Healthcare, Yankelovich and Knowledge Networks. Her focus has been in the areas of strategic custom research and consulting with a particular emphasis on segmentation and targeting, positioning and messaging, new product development and forecasting.
For most of her career, she has worked extensively with pharmaceutical, biotech and device companies. Christine is recognized as one of the leaders in pharmaceutical marketing research, especially in the area of direct-to-consumer advertising measurement and evaluation. Her early work in this area contributed to the development of the Yankelovich Script TM forecasting model which was the first validated commercial forecasting tool for pharmaceuticals.
More recently, she has worked helping these companies improve the success of customer relationship marketing activities, both B2B and B2C.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut and has been a lecturer at the AMA’s School of Marketing Research at Notre Dame University.
